Weak back muscles are often the cause of back pain symptoms resulting from an unusual movement or twist.  These muscles can be strengthened so that functional every-day movements can be made with ease.

Abdominal strength is also part of keeping your back healthy and pain free.  The abdominals also support the spine.

Let’s not forget about stretching!  I have a great stretch program for not only your back but for the rest of you!

No matter what your fitness level is, you can benefit from exercises specific to the strengthening of the back and abs (your core!).
