It’s funny how we find our career paths early in life.  I began incorporating exercise on a daily basis when I was 21 years old.  I continued to learn as much as I could about exercise, helping my friends and family to try to improve their health with exercise.  I guess it just came naturally and I loved it.  Becoming a Certified Personal Trainer has been the best way to promote and share what I know about exercise, and to help as many people as I can to live a long, healthy life.

I work with all ages and fitness levels, both men and women, incorporating resistance training with tubing and bands, weight training, Pilates, Yoga stances and flexibility training to create total body fitness.  For all ages, core strength is critical, therefore I try to incorporate some element into each exercise.  The result is strong, toned abs and back.

I practice what I preach when it comes to fitness, so be assured my programs work.  The exercises are designed according to each individual’s fitness level, and mimic many of our everday functional movements.

Everyone can enjoy a higher level of fitness.  I can help you to achieve this.

One additional area that many of us need to work on, in addition to our physical bodies is our spiritual well-being.  Being fit incorporates mind, body and spirit.  To explore the area of spiritual fitness, I highly recommend Maribeth McNair.  She has helped me in my journey towards a higher level of fitness, and she can help you also.    Her website is :  www.tarotcare.com.
