I believe we are meant to follow certain paths in our lives. Exercise and fitness is my path. My personal experiences have taken me from my twenties through my fifties, and will certainly go beyond.
These experiences are what provide me with insight into all fitness level challenges and goals, whether it be to be in the best shape for a special event, to help recover from or overcome a health issue, or just to feel more healthy.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, I have worked with young adults and baby boomers, and all ages in between. I can definitely create an exercise program that fits your specific needs, while at the same time making it enjoyable and worthwhile. Everyone can enjoy a higher level of fitness and wellness. For those who have thought about adding Yoga to their exercise routine, fear not! Yoga can be a challenge for the beginner. I have developed a yoga program to create confidence, that will allow you to join any yoga class and feel comfortable.
My personal training certification is with the American College of Sports Medicine, and I have successfully completed the 200 hour vinyasa flow yoga program affiliated with Yoga Alliance.
