lunge with arm extension and twist.  This can be done stationary or with a forward / back motion.  Knees will let you know what is best.  This is just one of many combination exercises for overall body strength and calorie burn.

What could be better than having a personal trainer come to you at your home!   Forget fighting the crowds at the gym.  You can have a workout that is just as effective, if not more, than going to the gym.  No special equipment is needed to get started as I bring equipment with me to the sessions.  At some point you will need to have some handweights and a stability ball, but I can advise you on that once you have established a training schedule.  The free consultation includes a workout!
