In-home Training

Woman Lifting WeightsIn-Home personal training can provide you with a great workout without leaving the comfort of your home. The big gym experience is not for everyone.

If you’re just getting started and have no equipment, that’s ok! I bring all the equipment to you for the first few sessions, until we figure out what items would be best for you to own. It’s very personalized to your fitness level, rather than the one size fits all of the big gym. And you don’t have to leave the house!

 

Is in-home training as effective as training at the gym?

Yes!  Any exercise performed at the gym can be performed at home.  And the fact that the client may be more comfortable in their own home can make the difference in both the effectiveness and the enjoyment of the workouts. In-home workouts must be assessed by the trainer to make sure the area is acceptable for the goals of the client.
