My philosophy is to approach your exercise program with the goal of bringing all muscle groups into balance. The exercise routines are designed to incorporate movements so that the entire body gets a workout. This can still be done while paying special attention to areas that may need more strengthening or stretching. Also, the Core becomes stronger by adding functional movements to basic strength training movements.
All workouts are different in some way so that your muscles do not get used to doing the same movement. The result is you get stronger faster!
