Bring your overall wellness to new heights!

Let’s move more!  Resolve to add more movement to your daily life.  If you practice yoga, how can you incorporate the poses you do on the mat into your daily routine.  A perfect example is standing waiting.  Think of Mountain Pose, which engages the entire body and mind.
